NEWARK - Forward Ever Sustainable Business Alliance (Forward Ever), and Newark Emergency Services for Families (NESF) are partnering with Lotus Laundry, to present a Newark family in transition, with a FREE month of wash, fold, pickup and delivery services. As we enter the season of giving, come out and meet the family and hear more about the partners, on Monday, November 18, 11 am, 982 Broad Street in Downtown Newark.

Learn to understand the language of your car so you feel secure, empowered, and become more independent!

S&A Auto Repair will help you save money by teaching you how to keep your car in good condition, prevent unnecessary damage, and avoid possible accidents. In these seminars students will be taught the importance of checking tires, fluids, the lighting system, the brake system, and the battery, among other basic car maintenance necessities.

20% of the total proceeds from the workshops will be donated to two non-profit organizations that care about education and the homeless.

S&A Auto Repair is a family-owned business in Newark, NJ.  They are committed to empowering women through educational auto workshops beginning in September and running throughout the fall.

Don't have a Shop Newark Card? Getting one is easy. Visit the Greater Newark Convention and Visitors Center in Downtown Newark to get your card and activate it on site! Cards are also available at some participating vendor locations.
